About Us

Poynette, Wisconsin is the home for the Poynette Home Talent Baseball Team. The Home Talent League of Wisconsin, founded in 1929, is one of the oldest and largest amateur baseball leagues in the country. Poynette has had a team in the League for almost every year of the League's existence. The 1963 Poynette squad claimed the League title, while more recently, the 2006 team won the Eastern Section crown and advanced to the Final Four.

The team plays their games at Pauquette Park on Main Street in Poynette.

 

Updates/News

Thursday, 7/17/08 :  Poynette traveled to Cottage Grove for Night League action and came out on top 2-0.

Poynette's next game is a League make-up contest on Friday at home against Sun Prairie, and they are at home on Sunday against Waterloo.
